Today our Powerlifitng squad wrapped up the week with an upper body training session with almost all reps sets at 5x8.  Bench press, incline press, BB mil, BB low Rows, scarecrows, face pulls, and some planks were all on the menu.  Really stressed to them to go hard on all sets reps and if they had enough energy after the workout to do "extra" they didn't go heavy enough.

As far as for myself I had my procedure at the Heart Care Group Barnes Hospital.  It went as I thought it would.  Heart still sucks and has gotten worse but stable.  Sick and tired of waiting and putting my life and families life on hold.  Just ready to get the transplant over with and move on.  Will keep you guys updated.
