I always make the BEST of every situation no matter how much I might dislike it.

I need virtually NOTHING to be happy, but when confronted with the MUST, of going to crowded stores not to mention "THE MALL"  I find some fun in playing with complete strangers for some "Holiday Cheer" (or laughter in these instances).

Give these a try and tell me if they don't bring you some Joy and Happiness while subjecting yourself to the WOLVES of the Mall...

Fun idea to try #39...Stand next to a maniquin and pretend that you're a mannequin too. Try to hold the same position for as long as possible. Then finally as someone is walking by, check your watch and say. “Finally, my shift is done. I really don’t get paid enough to do this”

 

Today's Training:

Dynamic Bench Press (Tempo): 15x3 @50%  Decelerate the weight to a five count; pause for a two count; then blast it up as fast as you can.

OHP (Tempo): 15x3 @50%  Blast the weight up; pause for a count; decelerate the weight to a five count

Push Ups (Tempo): 10x5  Chest on the floor for a two count; Accelerate your body to a full support as fast as you can; pause for a two count; decelerate back to the floor to a five count.

Dumb Bell Lateral Raise (Tempo): 4x10  Accelerate the weight up to a one count; pause for a two count; decelerate the weight back to your side to a five count
