Harry's rehab became everyone else's Cripple

Low Box Squat: 5x20 w/ just a bar

Split Squat: 5x20 @BW

Rear Stepping Lunge w/ forward two hand reach...stretch it out!!!: 5x20 each leg

RDL: 5x20 w/ just a bar

Calf Raise: 100 non stop reps

 

This can be done in two super sets followed by calf raise or as a Giant continuous set for the five sets to get the benefits of it being more Conditioning.
