If you have read my "Rules", you know that Rule #67 simply stated is "No Complaining".

I think that way too many people have WAY TOO much time on their hands.  Because they are bored, they conjure up some really stupid thoughts.

Without going into too much detail (actually, none at all) the stupid thoughts and complaints are going to receive my antidote for just about EVERYTHING that ails a person.

Go outside and play!  No one cares WHAT you play, or how you play it.  What everyone WILL care about is the shift in ATTITUDE when you have finished being playful outdoors!

100 walking lunge on each leg

Done as a circuit with little to no rest.

1. Low Box Squat@ Bar weight only

2. Split Squat @ BW

3. Rear Stepping Lunge @ BW

4.  RDL @ bar weight only
