It's that time of the month.  1000 reps in ONE session for Biceps and Triceps

 

Tricep Rope Push Down

BB Curl

DB Supine Tricep Extension

Hammer Curl

Dips

Reverse Grip BB Curl

Reverse Grip Zig Zag Bar Tricep Extension

Seated BB Curl

Close Grip Bench Push ups

DB Curl

 

Each exercise is done for 100 reps.  The goal is to get it done in as few sets as possible.  IF you need more than 5 sets then the weight was too heavy.

Pacing is for the sissy.  In other words doing 50 reps and then doing another 50???  Could you really have done 52 or 56 reps?

The other thing we did for those with sore shoulders or more like it, Bicep Tendonitis, was to take a piece out of Ken Skip Hills article about elbow placement.

Yup, worked like a charm for those of my people that have been suffering from "Bicep Tendonitis".  Had them move the elbow BACK, and presto!  No more shoulder pain.
