People that stay asleep eat less...Duh!

Poor sleep affects hormones that regulate appetite. Those who get adequate sleep eat fewer calories than those who don't.

Sleep improves your ability to THINK and productivity.

Sleep can maximize problem-solving skills and enhance memory.

Lousy sleep can lead to strokes and heart disease.

Less than 7 hours has been linked to it.

Sleep affects Glucose metabolism and risks of Type II Diabetes. 

Sleep deprivation can cause prediabetes in healthy adults in as little as six days. Many studies show a strong link between short sleep duration and type 2 diabetes.

Lack of sleep can lead to depression

 

Sleep is as important as Nutrition and Training...So go to bed!  Or at least take a nap.

NASA approves of a daily nap of 23 minutes is perfect.

Box Squat: 4x4 followed by 40 reps
