I got to use the bio feedback made by Athos today as a coach.
I think this is going to be quite the training tool for both the coach AND the participant. So much can be said for it in determining what aspects of the movement pattern should be queued, to how much or little rest is needed.
As it gets better refined and put through its paces I can see many athletes benefitting from it's immediate feedback.
While not in my scope, the feedback can and should be used in rehab as well. When a coach can see immediately what muscles AREN'T firing or sequencing properly, then the adjustments can be made so as not to hone in on faulty movement patterns.
I am predicting this will become a GAME CHANGER.
Those boys are even making it very affordable.
