Now is the time to beat back doubt during our training sessions. Sure it's getting heavy, but that's why we call it weight!
Establishing a heavy weight is scary to some, but when I tell you to add 10 more pounds and STILL go for it...not only are we increasing physical strength, but we are also setting you aside from the rest with some intestinal fortitude (AKA=GUTS)
Sure it's going to hurt. Sure you're going to doubt yourself. But the spotters (me) won't let you get hurt, but we will make you work for it!
Have some balls and give it everything you have...and I'm not just talking about bench pressing!!!

AirDyne: 30 mins
3 Board Floor Press:
Work up to a heavy 5 reps
Add 10 lbs and do two more sets of 5 reps
JM Press:
3 Warm up sets x 10
2 Work sets x 10
Mini Band Pull a parts: 4x25
Shrugs: 4x8x405
Bike Commute: 25 mins. (freak'n cold out today)
AirDyne II: 30 mins
Stretch
