There are plenty of angles, movements, and machines that you can use to train your triceps. Primarily, for my clients and even myself, dips and dumbbell work reign supreme. With that being said, if the goal is to bench as much as possible, then you have to include extensions in your training. And there is one version of extensions that is king...

Rackable cambered bar extensions are truly a bitch for a number of reasons:

1) the bar is already heavy on it's own merit

2) it's unstable, adding an extra level of difficulty

3) for better or worse, it's comfortable! Where the weight sits along with the angle of motion, this movement is usually pretty pain free even for guys with some elbow problems.

So, if you're fortunate enough to have access to this bar, make sure you're squatting with it but also make sure you give these a try.
