Bike Commute: 28 mins

#2 Pin Pull w/ double overhand grip:

Pull to a heavy single where the grip goes and you can't hold the bar.

Add a bit more weight and hit one more set with the "reciprocating" grip.

 

Reverse Hyper: 3x8x HEAVY

 

Cable Pull-throughs: 3x10x 50-60-70

 

Cable Ab Wheel: 3x10x45
