Done as a circuit as fast as you can while maintaining good form.  5 sets of 12 reps

 

Med Ball Slams:

Into the floor

Left side into the wall

Right side into the wall

Done 3 reps in each position for 5 non stop rounds

 

Kettle Bell Swing into Squat/thrust into Push up:  5x10

BB Curl Super set w/ Tricep Push down: 5x12

DB Curl Super set w/ Supine Tricep ext. 5x12

DB Hammer Curl super set w/ Dips: 5x12
