The early morning rush has kept me from training as previously enjoyed this summer.
The neat thing is, I have a few pals that like my camaraderie (go figure) so they come in a tad later only to stay at their own jobs later in the day to make up for it.
Good friends? Yup! A bit crazy? Absolutely!!!
So as we started in on it today, I "let the force be with me" as we rolled through the training
Dynamic Bench: 10x3x55%
5 cone suicide push ups with a lateral crawl. X 3 sets.
Cable Lateral Raise: 3x30
"6's": 3x10
Pec Minor Dips super set with Over and back bands: 4x15/4x10
Minimal Rest Prowler:
10 x 40 yards with as little rest between pushes while maintaining quality speed.
It makes you a bit dizzy. No..on the other hand, it makes you a LOT dizzy!
Pull up totals=5816 (Complete)
Push Up totals=7525
Dip Totals-9580
Prowler Totals: 24,922 yards (No Goal was set. Just wanted to track it)
