Windshield Wipers: 2x18

Good Mornings: Work up to a heavy 6 reps.  Then do TWO more work sets of 6 at that weight

Reverse Hyper: 2x18

GHR: 45 reps in as few sets as possible

Bike Commute: 28 minutes
