I don't like to write A LOT of stuff when it comes to the training board.  It's early and I'm ready to GO, and don't feel like writing.

Today is no different.

Dynamic Bench: 10x3x 57.3% because writing 57.37% would confuse most.

Push Ups: 500 reps

Dips: 500 reps.

 

My quote of the day when quality of technique began to get trumped by quantity of reps..."500 push ups done properly is BETTER than 500 reps of push ups done incorrectly"  THAT my friends is the GENIUS I exhibit on a daily basis.

 

Simple.  TWO HOURS?  (one guy took 2.5 hours and needed to GO!)
