Not only am I stunned by the amount of crap my brain remembers things but the TIME it chooses to remind me what I know.

Why is it that for almost THREE weeks...at 1:12 AM I am wide awake thinking of things 10 years ago?

Luckily, I can go right back to sleep, but it's almost as if it's on an alarm clock.

Today's Training:

Dead Lift:

1 inch below the knee for a 6 rep heavy

Then do 3x10 w/ 5 lbs more than last weeks rep sets

Lat Pulldown: 3x10 w/ wide mag bar

Reverse Hyper: 3x10

Concept II Rowing Ergometer: 20 minutes

Abs 2 sets

Biceps 2 sets

Triceps 2 sets
