I have built my business around making people do stupid hard things.    I have cultivated this circle of friends by letting only a certain few in.

C/S Row: 4x10x185 for the bench set up/ 45 for the EliteFTS monster

 

Prowler (40 yards) super set w/ Chin ups: 10x 40 yds/ 10x4 slow, pause, slower eccentric .

This is tougher than it sounds and a LOT of fun.

BB Curl: 4x8x heavy

Concept II Row: 12 minutes

Bike Commute: 20 minutes
