Many have asked about my Salmon recipe because I posted "Eat More Fish" yesterday.  Here it is, and it's easier than this sounds:

This is classified:  I could tell you, but then I'd be forced to kill you.

Preheat the Oven to 350

Salt and Pepper the Salmon both sides
Mince three or four garlic cloves (and optional ginger root) and sprinkle all over the top of that fish.
Getting fancy you can also add lemon thinly sliced  and its skin  if you'd like.
Get that thing to cooking for 22 minutes inside foil that is on the bottom and surrounding it on top too.
In a bowl mix:
2 Table spoons of Olive Oil
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
Juice of one lemon
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon of pepper.
shake the crap out of that and get it to be a wonderful sauce
After the 22 minutes, uncover the salmon, put the oven on BROIL pour all the sauce you just made all over the top of the fish and put it back into the oven for 5 more minutes.
Take it out and enjoy!
