I had this discussion today with one of my favorite people.

We were discussing the commitment it takes to look like my wife, April, who is strong, muscular, and RIPPED to shreds and becoming even more so daily.

I hear often, "I want to look like her..."

To which I respond, No...no you do not!  She does the workout that I recommend daily and without wavering or customizing.  She is disciplined in her training both Strength AND Conditioning.  Where the difference lays is the 161 hours per week.

I see people on an average ONE hour per day.

IF I see them 7 days per week, (more like either 5 or 6 days) that gives me 5-7 hours out of the 168 to influence them.

This gives MOST people 161-163 hours to fuck things up all by themselves, that I don't allow April to do.

Although the training is accounted for, there is NOTHING beyond recommendations to the nutritional game plan that I GIVE to people.

It is UP TO THEM to apply the information.  To know and NOT to do, is simply not to know.  If they KNEW, they would DO!  Since they don't they don't know.

Think about that one WITH a clear head.

It isn't rocket science!  It's discipline or lack of it.  Simple!

Prowler: 6x40 yards

GHR: 3x10

Box Jump: 10x2 @ 18 inches.  This is NOT to see how well the hip flexors contract.  This is about the "Triple Extension" Hips, Knees, and ankles.

This is NOT about hypertrophy training nor is it about conditioning.

This is ABOUT being EXPLOSIVE.

The box jump simply replaces the Dynamic Effort Squat in this instance.  Take the full minute rest between sets!!!
