When I  go to seminars and listen to people who have done things that I haven't fathomed, I become ALL EARS!  I process the information and see how it can and will apply to me or one of my team members.  I then think, "why didn't I know that or think of that?"

However, when I see a person who hasn't been laid with their boots off yet spewing things that will make me better with NO IDEA what direction I'm going, I shut them down quicker than a All Pro Defensive back on a mediocre wide receiver.

May I add...Mouth pieces in, button up both chin straps and hold on.  This road is going to get bumpy!

DB Row: 5x13 use the same weight as you did on Wed.

BB Curl: 5x13 use the same weight as you did Wed.

Tricep Rope Pushdown: use the same weight and apparatus as you did Wed.

AirDyne OR Concept II row: 10 seconds ALL out/ 50 seconds recovery x 10
