Tier II
High Box Jump: 10x5
On these we want substantial hip flexing to get up onto the box. Once there there are three rhythmic 1/3 the way up squat pumps then jump back to the floor absorbing the shock right of way into three rhythmic 1/3 squats again. That's ONE rep
