I gently slid her panties to the side so I could fit the rest of her socks in the drawer.  Yup!  That's what I did.

 

I was thinking about how everyone wants to PR all the time.  Could be their total.  I could be age group placement.  It could be the actual PR.

I'm of the thinking that it is about the winning and losing, but as important is the person you become in the process.

Pin Pull:

#2 Hole

Ab Wheel Roll Out: 3x10

BB Reverse Curl: 3x10

Preacher Curl: 3x10

Sprints: 10x50 yards @ 75%

 

Tier II

High Box Jump: 10x5

On these we want substantial hip flexing to get up onto the box.  Once there there are three rhythmic 1/3 the way up squat pumps then jump back to the floor absorbing the shock right of way into three rhythmic 1/3 squats again. That's ONE rep

Hammer Leg Curl Butt Blaster: 3x30x15

Medium Band Pull Throughs; 3x20

Suspended Knees to Elbow: 3x15

DB Curl: 3x10

BB Reverse Curl
