When something or someone gets in the way of your success and there is no getting over or around it (them) sometimes you have to "chuck it in the fuck it bucket".

Lat Pulldown: 30 reps @140 in as few sets as possible

Blast Strap Row: 100 reps in as few sets as possible

Reverse Grip Barbell Curl: 30 reps in as few sets as possible @75 lbs

Barbell Curl: 30 reps in as few sets as possible #85 lbs

DB Curl: 30 reps in as few sets as possible @25 lbs

Concentration Curl: 30 reps in as few sets as possible @20 lbs

Ab Wheel: 30 reps

Bike Commute: 34 mins.  (Now into the wind)

AirDyne: 20 mins
