We've been going hard for a while.  Today was a pretty easy one compared.

Bike Commute: 20 minutes

Concept II Row: 20 minutes steady

Suspended Knees to Elbow: 40 reps

Sit ups: 40 reps

AirDyne Bike: 20 minutes steady state

Bike Commute: 20 minutes

 

Not bad for 5 hours of sleep
