I really need to make notes of what I want to talk about in my log. Early today, I was talking to Kasie and we had TWO subjects that we were musing over. I even told her..."I need to write this down" but NOoooo...so now I'm wondering what it was that I wanted to say?
Training today:
Dynamic Bench: 10x3 using three different grips x 190
D.B. Bench Press: 2 warm up sets of 12 then-
1x12x80
1x10x80
2x6x80
The a super set of Rope Pushdowns and 1 board close grip benches to failure. I used 100 lbs on the push downs and 135 on the one boards. I probably could have used more on the bench, but I wanted to see where I was. Well failure was 55 and 50 for the two sets worth on the push down and the bench was, 47 and 35 reps
Shoulder Press: 8x8x95
Rear Delt Raise: 3x20x20
C/S Row: 3x8x75
