I wonder...Shit, how much can person actually endure weight wise when the bar begins to move?  So...I had to find out.

As the weight escalated the breathing became more and more difficult to control.  COOL!  I found a weight that made me flinch.

Then I figured, what the hell...let's use this with a bit more weight and put in a very low box to break the eccentric from the concentric and explore the possibilities of rep squats (like the old bodybuilders).

If you have ever done sets in excess of 5 during a squat, you know how quickly you get gassed.

Multiply this by the loss of the stretch reflex because of that hold on the bottom from the first exercise, well...let's say this got heavy FAST!

Ever move the foot position on a GHR all the way up?  Matt Ladewski use to do a shit ton of GHRs in a multitude of ways.  He has some LEGENDARY workouts for just this movement.  I never knew how strong that kid was until the first time I put the back of a GHR up on a small box.  Damn near made my hamstring a PORKCHORD in one fell swoop.  I found that my hamstrings will still cramp.  How glorious this was.

Needing a bit of conditioning?  Nothing better on God's Great Green Earth than the Prowler.  Load it up and off ya go!

Now for some low back recovery with the multiple rep Reverse Hyper ala Clint Darden.  "work the twerk until it goes bizerk"  Hundreds and hundreds of reps.  Low backs are looking like Christmas trees

Deep Breath Squat  (more like death squat): 3 belly breaths at the very bottom of the move without the bar heaving with breathing x 3 reps x 45,75,105,

Rep Squat: 5x10x LOW box

GHR: 3x8x foot rolls in the very top position

Prowler: 10x60 yards

Reverse Hyper: 50 reps @270

Ab Wheel: 60 reps
