Maintaining a strong Pre hab/ Rehab shoulder routine and still remain training is taking a LOT more time than I expected.

I end up forgetting to do certain exercises as I am keeping the training environment fast pace and fun.  I then have to go back and figure it out what I missed and by the time I put it all together the morning slips away.

I will organize my own training a bit better next week.
