BB Overhead Press: 5x5x Moderate Wt

BB Shrugs: 4x10: Darn Heavy

BB Floor Chest Press: Work up to a hard 5 reps.  Rest repeat the same weight for 5 reps again.  Rest...do it ONE more time for THREE working sets of 5 Heavy reps

Incline DB Chest Press:  3 sets of as many as you can at a moderately heavy weight.

Rear Delt Destroyer: 1x60-40-20

Bike Commute

I had a hankering for a Roast Beef sandwich about 20 minutes after I was finished with this session.

Nothing fancy but a foot long sub bread slice open with three thick layers of Roast beef.  Glazed over with REAL mayonnaise. Topped with a bit of lettuce and a sliced heirloom tomato.  Sprinkle on a bit of salt and pepper.  I spoke at length about it to some of my participants.

It might have been the look in my eyes, but I think a few others might have ventured out to seek this lunch quality sandwich.  As I type out these words, I have finished ALL the tri-tip steak from last night, and four sugar cookies my wife made with her own bare hands and I STILL am "jonesing" for the RB sandwich.

Yea...I'm outtahere.  I have to get the ingredients.  Maybe a SOURDOUGH bread...yea that'll be good.
