I hear how people want to change their life, yet they take no steps towards doing it.
To change your life you need to make changes in your life because if you always do what you already have done you already have what your are suppose to get.
If you want to get something else the need to be actively and aggressively acquiring it has to take place.
I am in the process of setting my body back to factory reset.
I've taken big bold steps to do so. When people ask and I tell them what I am doing they balk at the idea and tell me, "there is no way I can do that."
Well...of course you can't! You have already made the decision to quit. To me it's not overwhelming. But even if my personality didn't match up with the loftiness of my goal the way to approach it would be, ONE STEP AT A TIME! Keeping your eye on the prize but realizing each step gets you closer.
Carpe Momentum...or live for the moment.
