If you always do what you already have...you going to receive what you already got!

You know that whole definition of "insanity" thing.

Start out small.  Get up 5 minutes earlier without using the alarm.

Reach for an 8 oz glass of water and chug the whole thing...THEN go brush your teeth and then go to the bathroom.

Today was a good day for me to start riding my bike TO work (again) and home.  The weather is warm enough and the big full moon was fun to light the way.

Wed. have become a chore for many people in my program.  They seem to dislike the conditioning so much that they opt out.  Well, it's THAT important.  Guess what the "Cherry Pickers" are doing TOMORROW?

My attitude was PHENOMENAL this morning as it was a different start.  Not only did it change in a non drastic way, it lead me into a late morning of HIGH production.

Seriously, change a few minor things RIGHT NOW, that you always do at this time everyday.  Don't drive to lunch.  Walk to it, if it's a nice day where you are.

Instead of doing 3 sets...do four, or (dare I???) TWO sets of more reps.  CHANGE SOMETHING!!!
