Cable rope Tricep Push down
DB Curl
Supine DB Tricep Extension
DB Hammer Curl
Dips vs. Multiple Bands
Barbell Curl
Finally in two sets PUMP as much blood as you can into the bicep and tricep by repping the snot out of each:
Standing Curl
Overhead Tri Extension
There should be no room for any pain due in part to nerve eviction. Tattoos should be re shaded or color added because of the stretched size of the pump muscle fades the work.
No position should be obtainable for any kind of comfort.
