Growing up!

That's all.  I was just thinking about the kid in me liking to be a kid.  I remember when different people would end a disagreement with "Oh why don't you grow up?"  To which I would answer..."I don't want to".

THAT has lead to those times when I realize that hadn't!

 

Today's Training:

Concept II Rowing Ergometer: 20 minutes

Deadlift  #1 Pin Pull Sumo Style

Work up to a heavy 2 reps.  Beat last weeks number

Then 5x10 at the same weight as last weeks 4 sets of 10

Wide Grip Lat Pulldown: 5x10

Ab Wheel Roll Out: 5x10

45 degree Back Extension: 5x10
