This morning I attempted to rehab my hurts, train my teams, train myself, listen intently to everyone's issues, reposition equipment so the organization and administration of the sessions would move smoothly, and make sure to be aware of the flow that is necessary to make room for the large Crossfit class that follows my programs.
In doing so, I did NOT finish nor did I address my own concerns so all I happen to be able to do were:
A shitty effort in Good Morning exercise
A lame effort in Sciatic rehab/stretch
One good set of abdominal work
and four sets of GHR that made me feel as if I accomplished something.
Doesn't matter though. My thoughts on the bike ride home were that it doesn't matter how much I know or how physically bad i feel right now nor does it matter how I feel mentally. What matters most is how I treat those people around me and how I make them feel!
With that, I am justified in today's activities. (unless I did a shitty job there too. But I don't think I did)

AirDyne: 21 min.
FWD Stepping Lunge: 4x25
Rear Stepping Lunge: 4x25
Reverse Hyper: 4x10 slow and controlled w/ a pause in the contraction
Good Mornings: 6 RM w/ PRE=7
Bike Commute: 18 mins.
