Once the weight gets significant enough, I notice that I have turned up corners and fangs exposed.

It's a habit now...When something sucks so bad and my first and immediate response is...This is GREAT!  It becomes great..

 

Box Squat: Mastodon Bar+Parallel Box

Work up to 50% of max doing 5 reps

Add one chain cluster per side in progressive sets doing 3 reps

Run out of chain or get stapled.

We got up to 7 chains

 

Dead Lift:  Work up to 50% and begin to add chains

We hit 6 chains and called it.

 

GHR: 100 reps
