Usually, I will get one cold per year.  I did it again this past year and I already used up my allotment for THIS year.  So that's over with, and my way of feeling quite lousy into something more fun.

Testing my capacity I like to use the 20 minute rule.  If I go through the warm up and after about 20 minutes, I don't feel any worse, then I'll go ahead and train hard.  But, if in that 20 minutes I feel like a beat up bag of dog poop on my way to levels past suck and utterly spitballs, then I'll pull the plug and call it a day.

Today was a plug pull'n day.
