Push Ups: 60 in as few sets as possible.

1 set is what to shoot for

2 sets is acceptable

If it takes three sets, isolate yourself until you grow a pair

Skull Crushers: 3x10

Reverse Grip Zig Zag Bar Cable Push downs: 4x15 with the last set being a four drop set.

Bike Commute: Tires were A-OK
