Tier I

Run: 5K

Dynamic Squat: 8x2x275

Dead Lift: 8x1x315

GHR: 4x12

Reverse Hyper: 4x12

BB Curl: 8x8x75

 

Tier II (Including all Hockey and Lacrosse Players)

Straight Leg Dead Lift: 4x10x65

GHR: 3x30

Squat: 4x10x75

Single Leg Squat: 3x10 each leg

Leg Curl: 3x12

Leg Extensions: 3x12

 

Conditioning:

High Knee Forward: 4x10 yards emphasis on one leg at a time

High Knee Backward lunge: 4x10 again

High Knee Cross Over: 4x10

Lunge to Elbow Touch Opposite side/ inside of knee 4x20 yards

Pogo Jumps: 4x10 yards Try to get 100 hops

10 yard "I" sprint x 4  forward and backward=1

10 yard "N" sprint x4 forward/backward/forward=1

10 yard "X" sprint x 4 forward/Back/Diagonal frt/Side shuffle/diagonal back=1
