Part Deaux

 

All week I've been adding small doses of wind sprints in the afternoon.

 

Nothing big since I thought I had torn my gastrocs but I didn't.  Just really bad cramps.

 

Here's what I've done daily so far..,

Warm up: 10 x 10 yards...easy

Sprint I: 9x 50 yards @75%

Sprint II:  1x 100 yards @ 75%
