Hit a PRE of 8 or 9

By the way...if your grip lets go...That's a 10

 

Slow controlled with a paused contraction Reverse Hypers:  3x10

Wide Mag Lat pulldowns: 3x10

Bulgarian Split Squat: 3x10

GHR: 3x10

Back Extensions: 3x10

 

Seems that I tweaked a hamstring last week while sprinting.  I thought it was nothing more than a cramp, BUTTTTT....not so much.

The grip was fine deadlifting, I was my ham that held me up today.

Drink more water...
