I did a quick calculation how the rest of the year is going to proceed and I was ONE week OFF!  So instead of a TWO rep squat MAX we needed to build in the volume NOW.

Parallel Box Squat:

30 x 2  doing a set on the MINUTE.

Men use either: 225 or 275 or 315

Women use either 95 or 135 ore 185

 

AirDyne: 20 minutes

Bike Commute: 20 minutes
