The upper back - this is a weak point for a vast majority of powerlifters. Use this set up to build up your upper back while you don't have access to the gym.

What you need:

PVC pipe, broom, rake, etc...

EliteFTS band - micro mini, red mini, green monster, light orange

How to:

Band around your wrists

Grab the 'bar'

Bend over and step on the band

Widen your grip

Snatch grip RDL's for time - 3-4 sets of 30-60 seconds for your YOKE
