When I was younger I wanted to know more.  So daily I would learn something.  My goal was to learn something NEW daily.

After gaining the intelligence to battle with people who had more letters after their names than I did, I realized that perhaps I needed to LET GO of things daily.

Then it occurred to me, THERE'S the difference between the two.

AirDyne Bike: 12 minutes

Squat: 10x10  Hamstrings to Calves.

Dips: 10x10

 

Reverse Hyper: 5x10

Supine Tricep Ext: 5x10

 

Straight Leg Contralateral Reaches: 5x10

Super set w/

Narrow Bench Push Ups: 5x10

 

Calf Raise: 200 reps

Pull Ups: 10x3
