Leg extensions:

We usually train calves on leg day but we ended up hitting them the day before with arms.
I felt pretty damn good on squats.  I've been working on my shoulder flexibility and this was the most comfortable I've been under the bar in a long time.
I've also been trying to lift as raw as possible as much as possible and as such, I hit all the squat sets without a belt.   I'm pretty sure the 495 for 10 is the highest I've ever gone without a belt (Not that it's something I've ever really tried to go higher than in the past).
I've obviously gone much heavier on squats before (I think my best set with 500lb was 16 reps), but for now, I'll take any little PRs I can get.
