Not all carbs are created equal.

Refined carbs have been highly processed, and have had all the fiber removed from them. They are low in nutrients (empty calories), and can be extremely harmful.

Refined carbohydrates are linked to overeating and numerous metabolic diseases.

 

Today's Training:

Run: 5K

All wt. and set up are the same as Monday but don't super set this.  We need a little break

Low Box Squat: 10x12

Dead Lift: 10x12

Lunge in place to where the knee TOUCHES a thin mat: 10x12 each leg

Focus on STRETCHING and Foam Rolling for a few minutes to end it.
