I was saying this just yesterday..."My Why's are not Your Y"  but here Nicole Lutz has HER version that I "ripped" from her Social Media page and I am with her 100%.

"How much time do you spend/waste scrolling on social media, watching other people’s stories, and thinking to yourself, “I wish I could do that”, “I wish I looked like that” and so forth. Over time you become more and more distracted and even find yourself second guessing yourself, where you are at in your journey and YOUR own goals! You forget all the hard work, dedication and consistency you yourself have put in, maybe because you’re not posting about it everyday like some, but eventually you begin to discredit yourself. From someone else’s career, the hours they spend in the gym, the food they eat, the supplements they take. You name it. It is great to follow, admire and support others along whatever journey they are on. However, it is important to remember REALITY and that we all start from somewhere, no matter where that is! ***Although we all have different goals, different lifestyles, strengths, weaknesses and resources, we ALL experience set backs, detours, failures. I know this is cliche, but it’s something I need reminded of myself sometimes. When you find yourself questioning where you are, what you’re doing, where you think you “should be”, please remember YOUR goals and WHY you chose them, what they require and don’t forget any progress you have made! Look back and be proud of the effort and opportunity you have put in every single day, and don’t be afraid to clap for your own self. Don’t let yourself get side tracked or confused by spending too much time in what other people are doing or not doing."
