AirDyne: 20 minutes

OHP:

Work up in small increments to a 2 rep HEAVY set.  Make it better than last week's number.

Then

Do 5x10 with the same weight as last weeks 4 sets

 

Supinated Lat Pulldown: 5x10

DB Front Raise: 5x10

Hammer Curl: 5x10

Cable Tricep Push down: 5x10
