One of my early seminars that took place during the mid to late 90’s. @thompsonbowtie with the assist showing how to use a double mini band to teach how to grip the bar, how to pull it apart, and how to keep and position your shoulder blades and traps tight.

 

Can be used as a teaching tool, for your warm-ups, or for all your sets. There are many ways to implement this into the training.

 
The number one goal here is to learn how to setup and control the bar.
