You're weak because of things you don't find fun to do, so you don't do them.  You lean towards the things you are good at.  Those will keep you in the game, but those tidy nitpicking bullshit things you hate to do are the ones you suck at so you choose not to address them  If you can get through doing things that you hate to do, on the other side of it is greatness.

AirDyne: 30 mins

Dynamic Squat:  8x2

Add 25 lbs to the bar over last week's weight.

GHR:

3 warm-up sets of 5 reps

2 work sets of all-out repetition.  Balls to the Wall!

 

Reverse Hyper: 3 sets of 8 x HEAVY three plates per side of the pendulum 6 in total

Suspended Knees to elbows:

3x Max Reps

If you got +40 last week, do these straight-legged today

Bike Commute: 22 mins.  I went the long route because the weather is so nice. (going to be sunny and 70 today)

AirDyne II: 30 mins
