"Yes" and "No" are perfectly acceptable answers to almost EVERY question.
Finally did it! This is our first deload week. It took a while but a lot of folks need to recover and have some fun training
I think one every four weeks is a bit weak and unnecessary for most, but going as long as we did at full throttle is NOT the best of ideas that I've had.
