One of the best exercises I have found to build and strengthen the triceps. My favorite way to do these was with three triple sets at the end of my training session.

What you see in the video is one triple set. As you see, all sets are one rep shy of failure or to failure. I once heard somebody complain to Louie Simmons at WSBB club that doing extensions hurt their elbows (they were using 15-pound dumbbells).

The reply to this was that the persons Triceps were just weak!

I am not a doctor but know enough to know that is the muscle strength can't support the joint then it will show itself as weakness or pain. if you might fit into this category I suggest asking your ortho about it. If they can't find ANYTHING wrong than...
