I read a lot.  Mostly from what my own team members write.  I trust them and know they KNOW the real information.

It's unfortunate that I don't get to read everybody every day.  I love them all, but a few more so than others (I just can't say who...)

I got to Skip's post the other day and it was about being the older guy in the gym and not being the most desired anymore.

YUP!  Got my attention real fast.

He had some valid points.  He is actually living proof of what he was writing about.

If you don't know Skip, you need to read some of his stuff and check him out.  Dude is a MONSTER.  Bodybuilding IS his lifestyle and he LOOKS and LIVES the part.

His article got me to thinking.  Why do I do what I do at 61 years of age and no vision of slowing down in the least.

Is it to be attractive at this age?

Is it to be desirable to the spectrum of people out there?

Is it to defy the aging process?

After consideration I had to write Skip and tell him that MY motivation is none of the above.

It is simply to look like I can kick your ass.

The best part about this???  Skip told me in short answer form, "I had no doubt".

For me, being laconic and straight forward has it's appeal, so Thank you, Big Skip!

You are always a Manster
