I've found in life you never know who your going to impact.  I like to mess with anyone that comes into our facility and tell them they have to lift before they leave.  Its always interesting on who will take you up on it.  Been messing with the good natured UPS driver for awhile now and had some luck this week.  He has started following my stuff as of late as well as his son.

He's now looking for some scrap weights from our place so he can take them home for his son.

 

In my career in leadership I've found that you never know who your going to impact the most. Sometimes its someone that you never expected that you hear back from years or even a decade later thanking you for changing their life. Try to reach out to those around you. Give everyone a shot and don't shut down the effort till they turn it down.

The biggest mark you will make on this world isn't how much you lifted, how much money you made, or how many toys you accumulated. How you will be remembered, the legacy you will leave, is written every day with the impact you have on this around you.

It's not unusual for us to make our UPS driver lift weights when he shows up to pickup the daily outgoing shipments of ShouldeRok's and Duffalo Bars!
